Oct. 8th, 2007 01:10 amDudes,
I was just outside taking some night photography (it's foggy and I own a tripod and I couldn't help it!) and I totally got busted by my grandmother's neighbour. (Recap: I live in my grandmother's basement to be closer to school and I've been here for about a month.) As I was shooting pictures of the house, he gets out of his house, comes up to me, and says "Who are you??" I explain myself, but he totally doesn't believe me. :o I assure him that I'm really the nice-old-lady-who-lives-alone's granddaughter, and that I'm not some creepy paparazzi asshat, and once I provide him with my grandmother's name and tell him why I'm staying here and why he never sees me (I'm always at school, mofos), he starts to become a bit more relaxed, though I can tell he's totally awkward. I think he was put off by the fact that I was super friendly to him and smiled a lot and assured him that I understood his concerns. And I do. I had two SLR cameras with me, one slung around my neck, and one on a tripod. I did look like a paparazzi asshat. Oops.
In other news, I went to see Tegan and Sara live tonight, and they were fantastic! Way better than the last time I saw them.
